What about returns?
First Class all the way! We want satisfied frequent members that want to travel with us again and again...and we know it starts with service.
Easy & Direct - You have 30 days to exchange or return your purchase for a full refund in the manner in which you paid, no questions and no re-stocking fee's for products in unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
Here's the no hassle process for the return trip.

👉🏻 Pack items in unused, unworn condition back in the original packaging
👉🏻 Check your email for the return approval form and authorization number
👉🏻 Address your return to the address provided, remember to add the authorization #
👉🏻 Place your unused item back in the bag we shipped it in and mail it back
We will apply your return credit within 48 hours of receipt (it usually takes the bank a few days to process the return back onto your account)
If item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will immediately issue a pre-paid return label, all other returns are paid by the buyer and can be shipped using the carrier of his/her choice.
But I was so excited with my purchase that I threw out the packing slip & package?
We get that a lot, it's ok just let us know in your email, and we will include it in your authorization return email.
What happens if I have a quality issue?
One of the benefits of being a brand that manufactures it's own premium products, is that we have complete control over the process, which is good because our standards are pretty high. However, in the rare instance there is a quality issue with your purchase, send us an email with details and we will make it right - it's as simple as that!
What if my package was damaged in transit?
If you believe your package was damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we will work to quickly resolve the issue.
Please note, items purchased on Amazon need to be returned to Amazon, and not directly to us to ensure proper credit.
Incorrect Order?
Quality service is a priority for us. If your order was incorrect in any way, we ask that you notify us within 14 days from the ship date. Please report quality concerns or product defects within 14 days of receipt for complete exchange or replacement. Contact us here.
