30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your purchase for a full refund no questions asked, no restocking fees.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging preferred (but not required)
- Return shipping cost paid by customer (unless item is defective or our error)

Refunds processed within 48 hours of receiving your return to original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit.


HOW TO RETURN (3 SIMPLE STEPS)

   Include your order number and reason for return

2. Receive your return authorization
   We'll email you an authorization number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours

3. Ship your return
   Pack items securely (original packaging if available) and ship to the address provided

We'll process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your return.


DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If your item arrived defective or was damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery at contactus@ornadi.com. We'll immediately send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

INCORRECT ORDER:
If we sent the wrong item, notify us within 14 days of the ship date. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item immediately.

QUALITY ISSUES:
In the rare instance of a quality issue with your Ornadi product, email us with details within 14 days of receipt. We'll make it right - replacement, exchange, or refund. That's our quality guarantee.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: I threw out the packaging. Can I still return?
A: Yes. Original packaging is preferred but not required. Just let us know in your return email and pack the item securely.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customer pays return shipping for standard returns and exchanges. We provide a prepaid label for defective items, damaged shipments, or our shipping errors.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: We process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. Your bank typically takes 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Q: Can I exchange for a different product?
A: Yes. Email us at contactus@ornadi.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. We'll provide instructions.

Q: What about items purchased on Amazon?
A: Items purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon's return process to ensure proper credit. We cannot process returns for Amazon purchases directly.

Q: What's your quality guarantee?
A: We manufacture our own products in the USA with rigorous quality control. If you experience any quality issue, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll make it right, replacement, exchange, or refund.
