Yes, as a matter fact we do fly to PO Box destinations in the contiguous US.

If you make a purchase here from our website, your goods will be picked and shipped within 48 hours from Long Island, New York. If you buy our products on Amazon - well it's a mystery where they will ship from because they have so many warehouses...

Need to make a return- no problem - If you are not absolutely in love with your Ornadi purchase you can return item(s) for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, here's how easy it is.

We will apply your return credit within 48 hours of receipt (it usually takes the bank a few days to process the return back onto your account) 

If item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will immediately issue a pre-paid return label, all other returns are paid by the buyer and can be shipped using the carrier of his/her choice. 

...but I was so excited with my purchase that I threw out the packing slip & package?

It's been known to happen,  just let us know in your email, and we will include a copy with your authorization email. 

...what happens if I have a quality issue?

One of the benefits of being a brand that manufactures it's own premium products, is that we have complete control over the process, which is good because our standards are pretty high. However, in the rare instance there is a quality issue with your purchase, send us an email with details and we will make it right - it's as simple as that!

...my package was damaged in transit..

If you believe your package was damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we will work to quickly resolve the issue.

Please note, items purchased on Amazon need to be returned to Amazon, and not directly to us to ensure proper credit.

We run our store on the most widely used commerce platform that provides a secure SSL certificate for our security and for yours. We don't store your credit card information - that's actually handled by our payment processor, and we DO NOT share any of our customer's information with third parties..(we are the first party- you are the second).. we are a little over-protective that way. 

Both our fitness bag and our wet bag are made from fabric that has been waterproofed- a process that traditionally emits toxic fumes and chemicals into the environment and takes days to cure. Not our bags!  Our waterproofed fabric uses a thermal heat transfer process that adheres a protective barrier to the fabric without releasing any harmful toxic chemicals into the environment and is actually CPSAI certified safe....which is another reason we manufacture our products here in the USA where we have access to safer technology (unlike most imported fabric that is filled with chemicals) and better control of the process. 

Supima is a type of cotton that is superior to traditional cotton, made with extra-long staple fibers that make it stronger, softer, and hold color longer. It is only grown in the United States, and represents less than 1% of the cotton grown in the world. 

Yes they are...and not just the manufacturing of them, but the fabrics and most of the components are made by small businesses throughout the Country as well, it's part of our objective.  Our products are currently sourced and manufactured in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, California, and South Carolina.
