Due to our advanced dual-layer thermal bonding and stain-resistant treatments, Ornadi products cannot accept standard heat stamping or embroidery without compromising performance. The engineering that makes our bags waterproof for 300+ washes also makes them incompatible with typical promotional product customization methods.
However, for qualified large-volume corporate partnerships, we offer premium co-branding through custom logo labels sewn into products during manufacturing.
Co-Branded Label Program:
Minimum: 500 units per order
Lead time: 6-8 weeks (includes custom label production + special production run)
Process: Your logo created as custom woven damask embroidered label, sewn onto reverse side of bag during manufacturing

Can we use a third-party to customize the bags after ordering?
No. Any third-party modifications (heat stamping, embroidery) will permanently damage the bags and void all warranties. If you need customization below our 500-unit minimum, we recommend custom-branded accessory straps that attach to the bag's loop, these don't compromise product integrity.
Can We Mix Different Products in 1 Order?
Yes! Mixed orders are welcome. Total order must be 25+ units with a minimum of 5 units per product SKU.
Example: 10 Gym Bags + 10 Sport Bags + 5 Towels = 25 units qualifying for corporate pricing.
Can we add our logo to the bags?
Standard customization methods (heat stamping, embroidery) would destroy our bags' waterproof integrity and thermal bonding. For orders of 500+ units, we offer premium co-branding through custom woven labels sewn during manufacturing (6-8 week lead time). For smaller orders, custom-branded accessory straps can be attached to the bag's loop without compromising performance.
Why can't you just embroider our logo?
Our dual-layer thermal-bonded construction uses back-to-back waterproof films that would melt under embroidery heat. Additionally, needle punctures would create leak points in the waterproof barriers. Our engineering makes these bags last 300+ washes—but it also makes them incompatible with cheap promotional product methods. We're not promotional products; we're precision-engineered gear.
What's the minimum for custom logo labels?
500 units, with 6-8 week lead time. This covers custom label production and a dedicated manufacturing run. We work with premier corporate partners, hotel chains, gym franchises, and brands seeking long-term collaboration, not one-off promotional orders.
