Shipping policy

DOMESTIC USA ORDERS:

We offer FREE standard shipping for all Ornadi orders over $74, or just one $3.95 Flat Rate for Standard Ground Shipping on USA domestic orders under $74.

Your Ornadi order will ship in 1-2 days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday Morning (except on Holidays)

Expedited express mail shipping is available customer paid and is calculated at check out by location from New York. 

Our 30 days no questions asked return policy is just as simple.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

AUSTRALIA

We currently ship direct to customers in Australia. The Shipping fee is calculated at check-out by carrier based on weight, delivery time, and destination from New York. (Additional VAT duties & taxes may apply *)

Once your package has been given to the shipper, the International customer assumes all responsibility for shipping. Complete package tracking is not available for international orders. Ornadi.com  does not calculate duties and taxes for orders shipping outside the U.S. 

*Duties and taxes, if imposed on your order; are due and payable by the receiver at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Ornadi). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
