How Does Shipping Work Here?

Simple Style...

When?

Your order will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days via the United States Postal Service.

Your order will arrive in 1-5 days depending on your location.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, as a matter fact we do fly to PO Box destinations in the contiguous US.

How much does it cost?

We offer FREE ground shipping on orders within the contiguous US. 

Upgraded shipping is available and configured at the time of checkout based on current carrier fee's from our headquarters in New York to your destination.

My flight leaves soon....

Need it fast? Choose express shipping at check out. It's offered at a fee based on weight and your location shipping from New York...and no there are no handling fee's or additional charges for packing it up quicker, you pay exactly what the USPS charges. 

But I don't live in America....

We love International Travel. While we currently do not offer International shipping from our home site here, we've leveraged the power of Amazon's shipping logistics to make our Best Sellers available to International buyers from the ORNADI store on Amazon.com. You can visit it here.

What about returns?

First Class all the way!  We want satisfied frequent flyers that want to travel with us again and again...and we know it starts with service.

Easy & Direct - You have 30 days to exchange or return your purchase for a full refund in the manner in which you paid, no questions and no re-stocking fee's.

Here's the no hassle process for the return trip...

  • Send an email to contactus@ornadi.com with your order number to generate your authorization number.
  • Place items in unused, unworn condition back in the original packaging
  • Circle what you decide to send back on the returns section of your packing slip
  • Place it back in the bag we shipped it in and send it back

We will apply your return credit within 48 hours of receipt (it usually takes the bank a few days to process the return back onto your account) 

If item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will immediately issue a pre-paid return label, all other returns are paid by the buyer and can be shipped using the carrier of his/her choice. 

...but I was so excited with my purchase that I threw out the packing slip & package?

It's been known to happen,  just let us know in your email, and we will include a copy with your authorization email. 

...what happens if I have a quality issue?

One of the benefits of being a brand that manufactures it's own premium products, is that we have complete control over the process, which is good because our standards are pretty high. However, in the rare instance there is a quality issue with your purchase, send us an email with details and we will make it right - it's as simple as that!

...my package was damaged in transit..

If you believe your package was damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we will work to quickly resolve the issue.

Please note, items purchased on Amazon need to be returned to Amazon, and not directly to us to ensure proper credit.
